More About Ja'Nay
I'm Ja'Nay, a licensed psychotherapist with a passion for empowering and uplifting individuals just like you. My goal is to help you become your best self while embracing all the unique qualities that make you, well, YOU!

Growing up, I always had a passion for understanding the human mind and behavior. I went on to get my degree in social work and discovered my calling in mental health. I have since dedicated my life to providing effective and compassionate therapy to individuals of all walks of life.

But it's not all work and no play for me! When I'm not empowering and challenging my clients, you can find me enjoying a nice iced coffee, binge-watching horror or sci-fi movies, or spending quality time with my family and friends. I truly believe that self-care should always be a top priority, and I make sure to practice what I preach!
My approach
My approach to therapy is all about creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to bring your whole self to the table. We'll work together to identify your unique strengths and challenges and develop a personalized treatment plan that works for you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression, or just looking to become more self-aware, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
More About Jada
My priority is to create a safe place for clients to feel heard and fully be themselves. I use a collaborative and strength-based approach to help clients learn new coping skills, heal from past traumas, and develop healthy habits to gain a new perspective of self and life.

I enjoy seeing clients have “ah ha” moments, learning how to cope with depression and anxiety, and creating healthy boundaries that allow them to feel peace in their lives.

During our time together there will most likely be laughter as I know it to be truly good for the soul. However, I welcome and encourage the tears and silent moments of reflection that come with honoring your experiences and feelings.

I believe in the transformative work of therapy and encourage each client to embrace a new way of thinking and living. lean into the challenge, unafraid of their own potential.

l have worked with a diverse group of people including young adults 16-24, women, wives, and postpartum moms.
Outside of therapeutic work, my life is pretty straightforward: family time, church, and hanging with people I am thankful to call friends.
